RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. The returned items must be in pristine condition, unused, and with all original tags and labels intact.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our dedicated customer service team at sales@v1hq.net to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receiving the RMA number, please securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly process your refund. Please allow up to seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for the refund to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement. Rest assured, we will notify you via email once your return has been successfully processed.

• Custom-Made Items and/or Products
• Custom Orders
• Special Orders
• Specialized Items
• Gift Cards
• Merch

• A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
